Terms of Purchase and Use

1. The product

MasterDeck AI is a digital educational starter kit containing an Anki deck, card templates, prepared project files, training material, and related community access. It is not medical advice and does not guarantee academic or examination outcomes.

2. Purchase and access

Payments are processed by Stripe. After a successful payment, access is provided through the secure MasterDeck AI access page using the purchase email. You are responsible for entering a valid email address and keeping access links private.

3. Personal educational use

Your purchase grants one person a non-transferable licence for personal educational use. Redistribution, resale, public sharing, sublicensing, or repackaging of the kit or its substantial parts is not permitted. The detailed licence is available on the Personal-Use License page.

4. Your materials and AI output

Use only course materials and decks you own or are authorized to use. You remain responsible for reviewing AI-generated content, checking medical accuracy against reliable sources, and correcting incomplete or inaccurate information.

5. Compatibility and modifications

The included presets are tested with the supported setup described in the training. You may modify them, but custom changes can affect compatibility. Interfaces and third-party software may change over time.

6. Refunds and technical problems

Because this is a digital product delivered after payment, refund eligibility is assessed under applicable consumer law. If access fails or the files are defective, contact hello@masterdeckai.com so the problem can be resolved.

7. Independent product

MasterDeck AI is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Ankitects. Anki is a registered trademark of Ankitects Pty Ltd.
