Information used to provide access

When you purchase or request access, MasterDeck AI may process your email address, Stripe purchase identifiers, payment status, access status, and basic security or delivery logs. Full payment-card details are handled by Stripe and are not stored by MasterDeck AI.

Why this information is used

The information is used to verify purchases, send secure sign-in emails, provide the private training and download area, prevent abuse, answer support requests, and maintain the service.

Service providers

MasterDeck AI uses service providers including Stripe for payments, Supabase for authentication and access records, Resend for transactional email, and Cloudflare for hosting, security, and delivery. These providers process information under their own privacy terms and applicable data-protection obligations.

Retention and security

Records are retained only as long as reasonably necessary for purchase verification, access, support, security, and legal obligations. Reasonable technical measures are used, but no online system can guarantee absolute security.

Your choices

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information where applicable. Some transaction records may need to be retained for legal or accounting reasons.
